The Day School offers a developmentally appropriate curriculum, concentrating on special area enrichment classes and learning through play.  Their Teaching Teams provide experiences to enhance your child’s social, academic and spiritual growth, through art, music, Spanish, American Sign Language, science and social activities. In session Monday-Friday, 9:45am-1:00pm

Lighthouse Christian Learning Center

Lighthouse Christian Learning Center is a state-of-the-art preschool conveniently located in Mt. Pleasant.  They provide a safe, nurturing, and loving environment to ages 18mos. – 5-K.  They offer a challenging Christian curriculum that focuses on developing reading/language arts, math, creative art, and science skills.  In addition LCLC offers, Discovery Zone, a music/movement class, Spanish for 3’s, 4’s and 5’s, and Chapel (weekly).  Registering now for the 2012-2013 school year.

Trident Academy

Trident Academy is nationally known for educating children who learn differently.  Founded in 1972 by a group of local physicians, college professors and parents to meet the needs of children with language based learning disorders; today’s population includes children who have diagnoses of dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, ADHD and challenges with processing speed, working memory, executive functioning and non-verbal learning disabilities.  Trident Academy is the only Charleston area school distinguished by accreditation by the Academy of Orton-Gillingham Practitioners and Educators.
